Pilates

A method designed to tap into your deep stabilising core, build mind-muscle connection, and reset your body and mind. Every move will challenge you and every breath will create space. Class has an emphasis on slow, controlled movements that build strength, length and alignment.

Strength

A full-body exercise focusing on form and precision to build strength, endurance and stability; slow and controlled movements and isometric holds that will challenge your core and coordination. A slow burn.

 FAQs

  • All classes are open to all levels, so beginners are always welcome. We offer variations and advancements throughout class to cater to different levels. We do recommend you inform the teacher if it is your first class so we can offer some extra guidance.

    Classes will vary in style depending on who is teaching it. We encourage you to experience different classes to find a style that resonates with you most.
